What kind of movements do Brew watches use?
Our timepieces primarily utilize high-quality Japanese Seiko Mecha-Quartz or automatic movements, ensuring precision reliability and a smooth sweep second hand.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on customs.
Do you offer a warranty on your watches?
Yes, every Brew watch comes with a one-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn watches in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Are Brew watches water-resistant?
Most of our models are water-resistant up to 5ATM (50 meters), meaning they can withstand splashes and brief immersion, but they are not suitable for swimming or diving.
Can I adjust the size of the metal bracelet?
Absolutely. Our bracelets feature removable links. We recommend taking your watch to a local jeweler for a professional fit, though it can be done at home with the right tools.
